This is one of my older builds.
The first floor was designed for more living purposes- a kitchen and sitting area for them and friends that would come over. Has a bit of life to it, but not particularly a lived in style.

This is the basement I did that is a workshop and office.
They wanted this for an engineer who liked allagan tech.
Favorite part was adding the jewelcrafter's stand as a 'desk' for tinkering and all.
