Leviathan – Mist Mansion – Ward 9 – Plot 35
When I decorated this house I want it to be a place for my free company members to come unwind after all the adventures or simply a place for hangout.
This house is equipped with estate NPCs such as: Steward, Material Supplier, Junkmonger, and Mender. I also included other interactable items like summoning bell, crystal bell, an armoire, FC chest, and orchestrion. So I think it's a good layout for free company home.

In the middle stage(?) is a boutique shop. During holidays I would change the shop theme. Like last christmas the themed was "The Christmas Morning" - I made a faux living room as a background and dressed the mannequin with winter sweater, red hempen tights, crescent moon nightcap and slippers.
The food items, and orchestrion rolls would get replaced by seasonal items as well.

Basement is themed bedrooms: Tonberry, Moogle, Carbuncle, and Chocobo.
The corner near the stairs is a "Laundry service" their service included dry cleaning, alterations, but most of all repairing gear is their specialty!
I also put a free company chest behind the Disordered Wardrobe to make it interactable.
