I haven't done a one floor build for a small in so long! It was nice not having to worry about having to save slots for a downstairs. I also have never done this kind of theme before, so it was enjoyable messing with different items for it! The request was for an elegant and regal bedroom with white and gold accents. My brain immediately went to the manhwa's I read lol with the European style castles.

I've always wanted to try making wall panels! And a theme like this in general because there's so much opportunity for the finer details. I knew I wanted to do a grand canopy bed so that's what I started with. I struggled a bit with how I wanted the room the be structured though after I finished the wall with the bed. I wasn't sure what else to include in the bedroom aside from a bed and windows. This is also for an FC so I had to make sure that the room to the workshop could be accessible. I just played around with a bunch of items until I made the mirror then figured the best thing to go with it would be a wardrobe.

I am most proud of the windows though! They were the last thing I worked on, but I didn't know what time of day I should pick for quite some time. I didn't want the window to grab too much attention, but I also wanted it to not get drowned out by the rest of the room. I eventually just went with nighttime, since I thought it would also make it feel a bit more romantic! I'm so happy with how this build came together. The mood it gives off makes it one of my favorite builds.
