My first time trying a Japandi style! I really liked thinking of abstract art for this build. As well as playing with the different textures. I would also say that this is my first time using one floor to design an actual home in a large. I got inspiration from Daeny's build for the entry sitting space. I just added the little hanging ropes that Aironoe thought of to it. I also Got the idea for the small chair from Oat Milk. Then the shower from Astra.
My favorite part of this build was creating the windows. One of the reference photos I was using had a very nice forest view, so I wanted to include a lot of it in the house. The ones in the bedroom are my favorite, because it looks like it's daytime during any time of day.
I think the most challenging thing about this build was the color scheme. Since this style doesn't really use vibrant colors. And the colors I was choosing for the windows sometimes drowned out the rest of the build. I hope to do this style more in future, it was really fun to mess with!
