Client requested a monochrome, industrial style loft. The caveat? No brick! For the interior, I went with a black-and-white theme, with soft grey walls, bold black contrasts, and some stone/cement textures. For the exterior, I went with a beachy vibe, suitable for the much-coveted Mist 5 plot!
