This house is meant to be a modern build with wood and concrete accents. They wanted a balcony and living room upstairs. Then a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. I am especially proud of how much I was able to include in this build. I thought that the fireplace made me lose hope for a detailed downstairs >.> but it worked out very nicely. I really like the balcony, even though it is fairly simple. I wish I could have included windows behind it to add more sunlight, however the slots didn't allow it. This build is very moody, which I also like.
