-Reception with Twin Maids
-Bar
-Living Room - Garden (Conservatory)
-Dressing Room near Baths
-Modern Baths
-European Sauna (2 places to lay down, 8 to sit)
-2nd custom floor for Collections/Displays and Bedroom with TV behind
