I was meant to do this build a long time ago, but thankfully my friend was very patient with me and the fact that I needed a break from housing for a while. They just said they wanted a modern house and that I could come up with everything for it on my own, so it was a nice start back into housing! Since this house was my start back into housing after my hiatus. I love the porch in this build so much. I've loved the idea of them in houses but every time I've worked on one, it just seemed like it was missing something and when I got to use the new housing items it made it come together a lot more. I'm also just in love with the new housing items honestly. they are perfect for modern houses. This was a very fun build for me, and I am very happy with how it turned out!
