Toy Shop

This is the first time I got to try something outside of my normal housing commissions. My friend commissioned me to create a toy store out of their medium. They allowed me to close off the basement so I could make it more detailed and they wanted the top floor to be a sort of candy store or sweet shop. I got inspiration for the counter from Ashen in her RPG Shop builds (https://housingsnap.com/11731) since i felt it fit the aesthetic he wanted really well. He wanted it to look similar to the store in Home Alone 2. This was a bit tricky for me to get my creativity to kick in since it was so different from what I've normally done, but I really enjoyed the change of pace. This is a lot more crowded and over the top than my other builds. I feel like I normally make my designs as simple as possible without adding too much clutter, but I really enjoyed doing it here. I especially love the main piece for the toy store and the cake display for the candy shop upstairs. I'm really proud of this build honestly My friend is still figuring out what to put on the mannequins and picture frames.
