Warm Light Indulgence

Was given free reign of design layout by home owner, with the only request that main floor be light while basement be dark. So decided to go with two incredibly different design layouts for the themes.

The Main floor is bathed in mostly "natural" lighting from windows. Floor is more cozy and warmly decorated with modern home look. The space comes equipped with a lovely kitchen/breakfast bar, a living room with library and a cozy reading nook.

The design layout for the underground portion of the home is much more spaciously open and setup as a large private lounge for home owner to entertain friends or self indulge in the sights of the room from any angle.
