A friend requested to have a Hingan style home with a bit of an Odder Otter theme and various sitting areas to be able to enjoy tea with her company. The main and subfloors are receiving guests to the estate.

Basement was turned into a very casual tearoom for enjoying some snacking and some light novel and mangaka reading, all while taking in the view of nighttime festivities in Kugane. A spare futon mattress and several spare pillows scattered in this space are used to turn it into a giant guest room for any sleepy guests.
